Tom helped me massively in an urgent time. I had a pipe burst in my basin and quickly called fairly early in the morning in all the panic, but Tom was there to guide me through on FaceTime as to how to stop the leak and isolate the water. Would highly recommend TLB plumbing. We had an ongoing issue with our boiler, which was causing huge frustration for us. But Tom didn’t give up trying to resolve it for us. I can now happily say it’s fixed! Thanks Tom
